Dropped out senior year to go with husband to military training in Missouri

Lived in Germany while husband was stationed there

Had first son in 1969

Moved to Northern California

Divorced in 1974

Moved to Long Beach

California State University Long Beach with BA and teaching credential

Had second son in 1975

Married Chris Johnson-step mother to a son and daughter

Moved to Fountain Valley.

Worked with HBUSD in adult education

Taught Home Economics and Science in SAUSD.

United States International University with MA

First son married

Became a grandmother to Sydney and Alec in November 2001. (different families

Second son died in 2005

Became a grandmother again to Ian 2005

Became a grandmother again to Aaron in 2007

Retired from teaching in 2008

After school science instructor with Discovery Science Center.

Enjoy traveling to exotic destinations (fulfilling my bucket list).

Enjoy family get togethers and being with my grandchildren

Volunteering with "School on Wheels" for homeless children
