SMHS in the 60s was great!  I have only happy memories of those years shared with very special friends.

After Grad Night

Life following high school has been quite fulfilling!  I had a fun college experience at USC, then worked briefly for a travel agency to satisfy my obsession to see the world (traveled extensively throughout Europe, the South Seas, New Zealand, Australia, and the Far East) before getting a “real” job.  As an executive assistant I enjoyed a very rewarding career working for the CEO of Unocal, later for the CEO/Founder of Century 21 Real Estate, and finally as Vice President of Marketing for a large healthcare provider in Orange County.  

In 1987 I happily married John and embarked upon a new “career” – Stepmom to his three kids who lived with us full time!  Our “joke” is John brought three kids, two dogs, two cats, and a rabbit to the marriage. Pat came by herself.  It was a time of “adjustment” for everyone, but we all survived, except the rabbit, and have some very fond, amusing memories from those days.

John and I have had a wonderful 26 years together, enjoying many fabulous travel adventures throughout the world, sharing fun boating trips along the Southland coast with family and friends and our golden retriever Bailey. 

We feel extremely blessed by good health, treasured life-long friendships (many from Valentine, Huntington, and SMHS days), and are especially thankful for each other!
